1. Cleanse
Cleanse your body with a gentle body wash, this helps to refresh the body by cleansing away dirt, impurities and sweat. Feeling those really hot days? Try adjusting your shower settings to a cooler temp, not only is this great for your hair and skin, but also very energising!
2. Exfoliate
A body scrub is great to buff away dry skin cells, especially around areas that tend to get a little neglected; like our elbows, knees, and ankles. If you are a body scrub enthusiast who likes a “scrubby scrub”, try exfoliating on dry skin before your shower or bath.
3. Moisturise
Like all great skin routines, the grand finale of this routine is applying your moisturiser. Nourish your body with gentle plant oils and rejoice in the glow of your summer fresh skin. If your skin is in extra need of nourishment, opt for a body butter to ensure deeper hydration.
4. Drink plenty of water
